With a diverse background spanning public relations, social media, e-marketing and her active community involvement, Kelly brings well-rounded insight and advice to clients and the company's own marketing initiatives. At Banfield-Seguin, she leads social media and content strategy projects and works with the full-service marketing communications agency to bring strategies to life through compelling creative execution and measurable tactics.

Kelly is an avid volunteer, as current president of IABC Ottawa; she's helped the chapter achieve record membership numbers and the most robust professional development season in recent years. She also serves on the Algonquin College Alumni Foundation Advisory Committee and co-founded and organized the Ottawa chapter of Girl Geek Dinners from 2009-2012. She blogs at kellyrusk.ca, selected by Alltop.com as a top social media blog, and tweets regularly @krusk. In 2008 Kelly was nominated as one of Canada's most influential women in social media. In her spare time, Kelly is also a passionate local food advocate.
