Lucie-Anne Fabien, APR, FCPRS, is involved with the CPRS for nearly 20 years, including seven at the National level. Regionally, she sat on the Société québécoise des professionnels en relations publiques (SQPRP)'s Board from 1994 to 2005 and was Chair in 2003-2004. Her efforts were acknowledged with the Recruitement Award when she chaired that Committee in 2001, and with the Lectern Award for Best Chapter in Canada during her year as Chairperson of the Chapter's Board. A professional at the City of Montreal's Communications Direction for the last six years, Mrs. Fabien also teaches public relations in the Executive MBA program at UQAM since 2003. A registered trainer with Emploi Québec, she organizes training and offers coaching to organizations and speaks at many PR conferences in national and international conventions. Mrs. Fabien has over 25 years experience, mostly in public sector organizations, as well as six years as a consultant for several industries.
